Terms and Conditions of Sale

Avenue – Bulles Accommodation Package

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Bulles – Accommodation

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern accommodation bookings offered as part of Bulles through the booking platform. By making an accommodation booking, the customer acknowledges having read these Terms and agrees to be bound by them.

The platform acts as an intermediary between the customer and partner hotels to facilitate the booking and management of accommodation. The specific terms and conditions of the selected hotel also apply to the booking.

2. Description of the Accommodation Offer

The accommodations offered as part of Bulles are provided by partner hotels. Available options may vary depending on:

  • The property;
  • The stay dates;
  • The room type;
  • The number of guests;
  • Availability;
  • The applicable rate conditions.

The exact inclusions are specified in the description of each offer at the time of purchase. Any inclusion that is not expressly stated in the offer description is considered excluded. Photos, descriptions, and information presented on the platform are provided for informational purposes only and may be changed without notice.

3. Relationship with Bulles

The accommodation booking is a product separate from admission to the Bulles event. Unless otherwise stated in the offer description, an accommodation booking does not include a ticket, access, or admission to Bulles.

Information regarding the event program, activities, schedules, and access to the event is the responsibility of the Bulles event organizer. Any questions directly related to the event should be addressed to the Bulles team.

4. Pricing

All prices are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and fees are displayed during the booking process and added to the total amount when the purchase is finalized. Once the transaction has been completed and confirmed, the price paid for the selected services is guaranteed.

Additional fees may apply depending on the property and the selected offer, including:

  • Applicable taxes;
  • Accommodation taxes;
  • Service or processing fees;
  • Resort or facility fees or eco-fees, where applicable;
  • Parking fees;
  • Incidental charges;
  • Other fees charged directly by the property.

Any fees that are not expressly included in the offer remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is made according to the terms indicated at the time of booking. Payments must be made by credit card through the secure platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase. No installment payment option is available unless otherwise indicated.

By making the payment, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate. The customer is responsible for verifying, in particular:

  • The names of the guests;
  • The stay dates;
  • The number of nights;
  • The room type;
  • The number of guests;
  • The selected property;
  • Billing information;
  • The email address used for the booking.

6. Booking Confirmation

A booking confirmation is sent by email to the address provided during the transaction. The customer is responsible for checking their inbox as well as their spam or junk folder.

We recommend that the customer keep their booking confirmation and have it available upon arrival at the hotel. Although it is not mandatory, it may facilitate the check-in process.

7. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

The applicable change and cancellation terms are those indicated at the time of booking. Some reservations may be non-refundable, non-cancellable, or subject to specific conditions. When a reservation is identified as non-refundable or non-cancellable, no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.

Any request for a change must be submitted to customer service as soon as possible. A change is never guaranteed and remains subject to availability and the hotel's terms and conditions. Fees or a difference in rate may apply to any authorized change.

8. No-Show

In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and no refund will be issued when the applicable booking terms provide for this. The customer is responsible for arriving at the property on the scheduled dates of their stay.

9. Changes or Cancellation Related to Bulles

The accommodation booking is made based on the dates selected at the time of purchase. A change to the Bulles program, schedule, or activities does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or a change to their accommodation booking.

If an exceptional situation results in a significant change to the event, the applicable arrangements will be determined based on the circumstances and the terms and conditions of the properties concerned.

10. Accommodation

Bookings are made with partner hotels. The specific terms and conditions of each property apply, including:

  • Check-in and check-out times;
  • Cancellation policies;
  • Deposits and pre-authorizations;
  • Incidental charges;
  • Guest policies;
  • Policies regarding children;
  • Pet policies;
  • Property rules;
  • Special requests.

The customer is responsible for complying with the rules and policies of the hotel property.

11. Hotel Check-In

Check-in times vary by property. The check-in time applicable to your reservation is indicated in the information relating to your stay.

Early check-in may be requested directly from the property, but is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If the customer expects to arrive late, they are advised to contact the hotel directly to determine the applicable arrangements.

A valid form of identification may be required upon arrival. The property may also require a valid credit card to cover incidental charges or place a pre-authorization.

12. Hotel Check-Out

Check-out time varies by property. The customer must vacate their room no later than the check-out time specified by the property. A late check-out may be requested directly from the hotel, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

13. Incidental Charges

Incidental charges are not included in the reservation price unless otherwise stated. They may include, but are not limited to:

  • Meals and beverages;
  • Room service;
  • Parking;
  • Minibar;
  • Dry cleaning;
  • Hotel services or facilities;
  • Resort or facility fees or eco-fees;
  • Damages;
  • Other charges billed by the property.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are generally payable directly to the hotel.

14. Parking and Meals

Parking is not included in the reservation price unless otherwise stated in the offer description. Meals are not included by default unless otherwise stated. When a meal, breakfast, or any other service is included, this will be expressly indicated in the offer details.

15. Special Requests

The customer may submit a special request regarding their stay when this option is available. Requests may include:

  • An adjacent room;
  • A connecting room;
  • A preferred location;
  • An accessible room;
  • Specific occupancy-related needs.

All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the property.

16. Accommodation Issues

For any issue concerning the room or hotel services, the customer must promptly notify the property’s front desk so that the hotel can take appropriate action. If the issue cannot be resolved directly with the property, the customer may contact the platform's customer service team. The platform agrees to cooperate in good faith with the customer and the property to find a reasonable solution whenever possible.

17. Liability

The platform acts as an intermediary between the customer and partner hotels. The property remains responsible for the provision of hotel services, including:

  • The room;
  • Cleanliness;
  • Facilities;
  • Services provided;
  • Check-in and check-out times;
  • Fees charged directly to the customer;
  • Compliance with the property's policies.

The platform cannot be held responsible for decisions, changes, interruptions, or failures that are directly attributable to the hotel property or another third-party provider. The platform also cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, property damage, injury, or incidents occurring at the property, except to the extent provided by law.

In the event of an issue, the platform will cooperate in good faith with the customer and the relevant provider to identify a reasonable solution whenever possible.

18. Force Majeure

The platform cannot be held responsible for the total or partial failure to perform its obligations when such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Extreme weather conditions;
  • Strikes or labor disputes;
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies;
  • Government decisions;
  • Access restrictions;
  • Road closures;
  • Public safety issues;
  • Service interruptions by a provider;
  • Closure or unavailability of a property;
  • Modification or cancellation of Bulles by the organizer;
  • Any other circumstance beyond the platform's reasonable control.

In such circumstances, the platform will cooperate with the relevant providers to implement the measures and terms communicated to it.

19. Personal Information

Personal information collected during the booking process is used for purposes including:

  • Processing the transaction;
  • Managing the reservation;
  • Communicating with the customer;
  • Providing important information relating to the stay;
  • Coordinating with the hotel property;
  • Managing the customer experience.

Certain information necessary to provide the services may be shared with the relevant hotel property. Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

20. Customer Service

For any questions regarding an accommodation reservation made through the platform, the customer may contact customer service. To facilitate the processing of the request, the customer should have the following information available whenever possible:

  • Their reservation number;
  • The name of the property;
  • The stay dates;
  • The name used for the booking;
  • The email address associated with the reservation;
  • A description of the request.

For any questions directly related to the Bulles event, the customer should contact the event team.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec. Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec, subject to any applicable mandatory provisions.

22. Acceptance of the Terms

By making an accommodation reservation, the customer acknowledges:

  • Having read and understood these Terms;
