Canada Games 2027 – Friends & Family Accommodations

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the booking of accommodation services offered by Avenue, a division of Groupe Voyages Québec, in connection with the Canada Games 2027.

By making a reservation, the customer acknowledges having read and agreed to these Terms.

Avenue acts as a provider of accommodation services and as an intermediary with partner establishments.

2. Service Description

Bookings are for accommodation stays in partner hotels.

Details such as room type, occupancy, and inclusions are specified at the time of booking.

Images and descriptions are for informational purposes only.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes are added at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice prior to booking confirmation. Once confirmed, prices are guaranteed.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Payments must be made by credit card through the secure platform.

A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

The customer is responsible for verifying all booking details.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Bookings are modifiable only, subject to availability.

To request a modification, the customer must contact Avenue's customer service.

Additional fees or rate adjustments may apply depending on the requested change.

Modifications are not guaranteed.

6. Accommodation

Reservations are made with partner establishments. Each establishment's policies apply, including:

  • Check-in and check-out times;
  • Deposit requirements;
  • Internal policies.

Customers must comply with all hotel rules.

7. Liability

Avenue acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers.

Avenue shall not be held liable for:

  • Injuries or incidents;
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings;
  • Decisions or policies of accommodation providers;
  • Circumstances beyond its control.

Avenue's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Force Majeure

Avenue shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure, including:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Extreme weather;
  • Strikes;
  • Pandemics;
  • Government actions.

9. Personal Information

Personal information collected is used solely to:

  • Process bookings;
  • Manage customer service;
  • Communicate relevant information.

All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Québec.
