By making a reservation through this microsite, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms and Conditions.
This microsite is reserved exclusively for individuals authorized to make reservations as part of the Canada Games 2027.
Avenue and the Canada Games 2027 Host Society reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any reservation made by an unauthorized individual or by anyone who does not meet the eligibility requirements of the applicable group.
A reservation is considered confirmed only once an official confirmation email has been issued.
All reservations are subject to the availability of the room inventory reserved for the Canada Games 2027.
Avenue reserves the right to correct any pricing, availability, configuration, or display errors, even after a confirmation has been issued.
The rates displayed on this microsite are available exclusively to authorized Canada Games 2027 participants.
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
Rates may not be transferred, resold, or used for commercial purposes.
Payment terms are those presented during the booking process.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information.
Any reservation for which payment or payment authorization is declined may be cancelled without prior notice.
Reservations made as part of the Canada Games 2027 are considered non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Any request to modify or cancel a reservation must be submitted to the Canada Games 2027 Accommodation Team as soon as possible.
Any exception will be granted solely at the discretion of the Canada Games 2027 Host Society, Avenue, and the participating hotel, subject to availability and the applicable contractual conditions.

Final room assignments remain at the sole discretion of the hotel.
Avenue and the Canada Games 2027 Host Society reserve the right to modify room assignments, available room categories, applicable rates, or stay dates when required due to operational or exceptional circumstances.
Whenever possible, participants will be notified of any significant changes.
Avenue acts solely as the reservation platform manager and administrative intermediary.
Accommodation services are provided exclusively by the participating hotel.
Neither Avenue nor the Canada Games 2027 Host Society shall be held liable for, including but not limited to:
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the reservation process is accurate.
Any errors regarding the guest's name, stay dates, number of occupants, or other reservation details may result in additional charges, refusal of check-in, or cancellation of the reservation.
Personal information collected is used solely for reservation management, Canada Games 2027 operations, and the delivery of accommodation services.
This information may be shared only with partners directly involved in providing these services, when required.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Avenue, the Canada Games 2027 Host Society, their employees, directors, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from, including but not limited to:
Where Avenue's liability is established, it shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the participant for the reservation in question.
Avenue, the Canada Games 2027 Host Society, and the participating hotel shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, interruption, or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, fires, labour disputes, major system failures, government actions, or any other event of force majeure.
Avenue reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
However, the version in effect at the time the reservation is made shall remain applicable unless changes are required for legal or operational reasons.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Québec.
